LOS ANGELES (Variety.com) – Nonagenarian apparel tycoon, powerhouse film producer and billionaire philanthropist Sidney Kimmel has his suburban macmansion-sized aerie at the extra-ritzy Residences at the Ritz-Carlton along New York City’s frenetic Central Park South available at a blockbuster $39.95 million . The “Crazy Rich Asians” producer, who also produced “Moneyball” and “The Kite Runner,” stands to haul in a substantial fortune on the unusually large and exceptionally plush condominium that property records database Property Shark indicates he acquired in late 2001 for $6.389 million.
