Fantastic Fest 2019 Lineup

LOS ANGELES (Variety.com) – The Austin-based festival, which runs from Sept. 19  through Sept. 26, will feature a wide array of films from directors around the world. Beloved director Taika Waititi will kick off the event with his satire “” while Jim Mickle will return for the US premiere of his mind-bending sci-fi film “In the Shadow of a Moon.” Netflix movies will also be featured at the festival, including its adapted version of  Stephen King and Joe Hill’s “In the Tall Grass.” Click through the gallery to view all 37 movies set to be screened at this year’s Fantastic Fest.
