Amazon Selling its own Mattresses Amazon released a new mattress under their AmazonBasics brand. The mattress starts at $130 for a twin size bed.

This puts the e-commerce giant in competition with mattress delivery services such as Casper and Tuft. The mattress is primarily made of foam and shipped directly to consumers in a box.

The bed comes in three depths: 8 inches, 10 inches and 12 inches deep. AmazonBasics sells everything from batteries to doggie bags.
