Are your nails looking yellow and dull? Do they need a pick me up? Lemons to the rescue! Lemon juice can help your manicure look beautiful and fresh.

Cut one lemon in two, squeeze the juice into a small bowl, soak your nails in the juice for 20 minutes. Rinse with white vinegar and water. Your nails will look whiter, brighter, and younger. They will smell great, too!

Dental Floss Double Duty

It’s difficult to cut thin slices of cheese, cake, cookie dough, and other delicious goodies. Even the sharpest knife leaves uneven slices and crumbs galore. Enter dental floss, your super cutter. Make sure it is unflavored and unscented.

If you have a budding artist who created a crayon masterpiece on your wall, don’t panic and call the painter! You can either hire an artist to create a frame around it or head to the kitchen for the mayonnaise jar. Apply mayo to the crayon art and start rubbing.

If you can’t remove the showerhead, tape a plastic bag filled with full-strength white vinegar over the showerhead. After an hour has passed remove the bag and pour the vinegar down the drain. If there is anything clogging the drain, the vinegar will help dissolve it.

This will help reduce the swelling. After a few minutes, try to move the ring back and forth with your index finger and thumb. Remove the ring and don’t put it back on until the swelling has gone down for a few days.

Rock and Roll It!

We have cords after cords, chargers on top of chargers and more cords. How do you store all of our cords without them tangling up into a messy ball of stuff? This is an inexpensive hack that will solve this popular problem. Save your paper towel and toilet paper rolls.
